Our Project Managers and Superintendents have completed numerous complex construction projects, while controlling costs and keeping information flowing to all parties involved in the process. We also have 2 individuals (Michael Douglas & Albert Saenz) who are LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design)Certified professionals. This accreditation puts Barcom ahead of the curve for understanding and implementing "Green Construction".

We use comprehensive computer estimating and scheduling systems to monitor construction progress and control costs on the project.
